申志发

研究员,博士,研究员、博士后、博士生导师



个人简介:

  申志发,加拿大蒙特利尔大学博士、研究员,美国NIH癌症研究中心(NCI at Frederick)博后,温州医科大学研究员(PI),博士生导师;浙江省 “钱江学者”特聘教授;在肿瘤转移分子机制、功能核酸探针、核酸纳米器件、化学生物传感及细胞内关键生物分子原位成像和癌症的诊断与靶向治疗等领域发表SCI论文40多篇,其中Genes Dev 、Nat Commun、J Am Chem Soc、Angew Chem Int Ed或其它中科院JCR一区期刊SCI论文有20余篇; CHEM ENG J. Mol. Bio. Cell 、Anal. Chem. Biosens Bioelectron等学术期刊审稿专家;研究生《医学分子生物学》、《现代生物学技术与进展》课程负责人,博生、硕士、留学生《分子生物学》专业课主讲教授,本科生«专业外语»讲授等。


研究方向:

  肿瘤转移分子机制与靶向治疗。在该领域,应用活细胞单分子成像、核酸适配体筛选、核酸纳米器件组装等核心技术,开展肿瘤转移进程中STAT3 mRNA胞内定位翻译机制的角色,针对特定靶点进行早期诊断以及靶向治疗等研究。


主持的科研项目:
